I looked in the owner's manual for a 2021 Kia Seltos but there was no mention of trailer towing so I must refer you to the manufacturer. If towing is allowed then we have everything you need to get started. The trailer hitch is the first thing you'll need and for this I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C65FR. Then you can use the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 119250KIT along with the Curt Class II Drawbar part # C45521, the Curt Class I and II Pin and Clip part # F-4, and the 2" Hitch Ball part # A-82.
