Yes you can charge your Honda Accord battery without removing it from the car with the NOCO Genius Smart Battery Charger # 329-GENIUS10. The length of the cable is long enough to allow the unit to rest outside of the vehicle but if you are concerned about damage or theft to the charger it is compact enough to close your hood on most vehicles.
