Question:
Is there a difference between air ride and conventional suspension?

Expert Reply:
Installing the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1129-135 on your 2018 Ram 1500 will help with sway while an air bag kit like the Firestone # F2595 will not only help with that sway, but it will also help with rear sag.
If you're leaning towards something that is maintenance free and helps with the sway then go with the anti-sway bar. For something that offers more control and will help with rear sag then definitely go with an air bag kit. Let me know what you're looking to get out of a suspension enhancement and I can make a recommendation if you'd like.
