Can the Yakima EXO Enclosed Trailer Hitch Mount Cargo Carrier be Locked to a 2012 Ford Van

Question:
Ford Van, 2012, side-hinged rear doors Im interested in the swing-away feature because I wont be able to lift a heavy carrier when it is loaded. I want to be sure it can be secured to the van so I can trust leaving goods in it.

The cargo box part itself can lock on the Yakima EXO Swing Away Enclosed Cargo Carrier # Y62VR, then it also has a hitchlock to secure the carrier to the hitch. I have included a link to the instructions for the carrier and links to video reviews of the carrier and lock for you.
