Question:

My pj tandem dual 10k dexter. Needs brakes. I love to go to disc conversion would it be ok to do one axle at a time I can’t afford to do both at once? I do haul heavy as I’m a custom hay bailer Electric over hydraulic

If you transition to disk brakes from drum brakes you will need to transition both axles at the same time because the master cylinder will require a higher psi. If you are adding brakes for the first time, then you can do one axle at a time without any issue.
