Is this the correct brackets for 2012 Toyota Tundra 6 1/2 ft bed. I already have Curt 16000# slider hitch I removed from my 2010 tundra.??? Thanks

Yes, the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Bracket Kit # C16448 that you referenced would be the correct bracket kit for your 2012 Toyota Tundra with a 6-1/2 foot bed to install the Curt Slider hitch from your previous vehicle.
If you need the fifth wheel rails also you would want part # C16468-204.
