I just need to know the length of this bar ASAP.

I went out to the warehouse and measured the Replacement 2 Inch Shank for Swagman XC Series 2 Bike Carriers, # P249. The overall length is 19 inches. The center to center distance between the pin holes is 16 inches. I have included a picture showing these measurements.
