Can 16k Reese Fifth Wheel Hitch be Upgraded to 20k Hitch

Question:
I have a Reese 16k 5th wheel hitch. Can i upgrade to a 20k by just changing the head? Leaving the rails and risers...how much to buy just the 20k hitch head if this is doable,

The legs of several of the Reese fifth wheel hitches part number # RP30727 are all the same so you could sway the head and shoulder to make a 20k hitch with part number # 30118 and you'd be set.
