Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com And today, we're gonna take a look at these Reese replacement base legs for fifth wheel trailer hitches. Now, this pair of replacement base legs are designed to be used with your Reese or Pro Series 15,000, 16,000 or 20,000 pound fifth wheel trailer hitches. And these wide-stance one-piece legs are going to give you excellent stability. And this features a nice black powder coat finish that's going to help resist rust and corrosion. And just to give you some overall measurements so you can be confident this is going to work for you, beginning with the overall height, when these are actually in the rails in your truck bed, this is going to be about 8 1/4 inches tall for the overall height. And then looking at the leg width, beginning here at the widest point, at the bottom, we are measuring right at about 4 5/16 inches wide.
And then it becomes more narrow here at the top, and so at the top, this measures that about three inches wide. Now overall, the overall length of these legs, and I'm measuring from center-to-center where this is going to connect here in your rails, this is sitting right at 22 inches long, center-to-center. So these legs are the replacement from Reese, they're directly from Reese, so you can have the confidence that this is going to work with your Reese or Pro Series 15,000, 16,000, or 20,000 pound fifth wheel trailer hitches. Easy installation to replace my slider mounts. There was a small problem with the information I provided in the billing area but I was contacted immediately by customer service and the problem was corrected with no delays in by order. My contact with etrailer.com customer service was very pleasant and could not have been more helpful. Thank you etrailer.com customer service for great response and preventing any delays.
Originally I had the slider system for my short bed. I kept getting a lot of back and forth movement in my hitch. I changed my kingpin to a sindwinder and put these on my hitch and basically removed all of the movement.
The service was great. George sent me an Email and upgraded my shipping for free. I greatly appreciate that.

I havent used it yet. But it will be great. I bought those uprights for a flag stand being made for my 5th wheel rails to fly 5 flags at a time. Its at the Fabricators shop.
These Reese base legs replaced a slider on on a 16k hidden hitch. They fit well
This is actually a good review, product is great , customer service was great also, and went above and beyond to help. But their supplier on hardware was very lacking. Mounting kit incomplete and wrong hardware. But etrailer did everything they could to make it right.
First time ordering through etrailer. Knowledgeable staff, products arrived as described and on-time. Was unable to locate one item needed for the project on there website my rep made a recommendation which I agreed too but expected I would be sending it back. When it arrived it was spot on and I was able to complete the project that day. Overall great service, will order from them again.
Received product this afternoon, cardboard shipping box and product where in good shape. Have installed legs replacing slider and they fit great. Very please with etrailer and their response with shipping items so quickly. Will purchase other items from etrailer in the future.

Not much to say about first wheel hitch legs, they fit, they work.
etrailer got them to me 3 days after I ordered them. THAT is worth noting!

Great product perfect fit used to change my slider to stationary fifth wheel
I switched from my Reese slider to a fixed mount. Of course they do their job, but it also freed up space in the bed.
I’m very pleased with the help, advice, and product I received from etrailer. They make sure you get the right part and follow up with notices to let you know when the part is arriving. Their customer service is excellent.

Product is working fine, I have always owned Reese products for over 45 years pulling trailers. Right now I am pulling a 42 ft 5th wheel traveler, never had one fail. T hanks Chuck !!!
