Can Curt C45832 Tow Strap Loop Be Used to Tie Down a UTV

Can this be used as a tie down point for a UTV? For instance, my Kubota RTVX1140 has receiver hitches front and rear. If I put one of these on each end, could I run a chain thru the D ring to secure to truck or trailer deck?

The # C45832 strap loop itself has a 13K capacity, so the strength of this part itself wouldn't be an issue. If the combined capacity of the receiver hitches is greater than the 2370 lb dry weight of your UTV, this would be a good way of tying it down.
If the receivers don't have that kind of capacity, I'd use a more traditional tie down setup like a couple of D-rings such as # 337B40MP and two ratchet straps like # BDW20325. You could rig it up as shown in the provided video.
