Will this work well with a OEM 1.25 Hitch on a 2020 Acura RDX ? Using for a bike rack with a 2 inch connection. If so can you recommend the proper anti rattle accessory?

The only issue you really have to worry about with the Hitch Adapter 1-1/4" to 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver with 5" Rise part # HT5R is bumper clearance. If you have no more 3-5/8" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the end of the bummer you are good to go. If not, use the Hitch Adapter 1-1/4" to 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver part # HTAD instead. The Roadmaster Quiet Hitch part # RM-061-125 is the best option for anti-rattle.
