Is this the correct hitch for this van: 2012 2500 170inch no step bumper like the picture shows single wheel and if so is this also the correct wiring harness that is needed? Thanks

Since your 2012 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with a 170 inch wheel base does not have a step bumper you would want the Curt Trailer Hitch # C13388.
The Curt Hitch # 13358 that you referenced would not work for you because it is designed for vehicles with step bumpers and you do not have one.
For wiring I would recommend you get a Tekonsha Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring # 118650. I attached installation instructions and an installation video for this product for you to check out also.
