Is there some way to know if the Curt Echo Wireless #51180 would fit a 2019 Land Rover Discovery? Looks like it hasn’t been tried on one yet. I’d be willing to.

The Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 2 Axles - Proportional # C51180 will work on your 2019 Land Rover. It simply requires a working 7-way so it isn't manufacturer specific at all. Since it doesn't utilize any factory wiring harness in a vehicle it is a universal fit.
If you don't have a 7-way, then you will need to use the # ETBC7L kit.
