If you're looking for a 1-1/4" hitch I recommend using the Curt Class II # C12136 because of the durable powder coating that will help keep your hitch strong and avoid chances of corrosion. This Curt hitch is also a few pounds lighter than the other available choices, so it's exactly what you're looking for.
The Curt Drawbar for 1-1/4" hitches # C45520 you were looking at is a great choice for the ball mount as well, and should be sufficient to cover the required rise you'll need to tow your trailer flat. Both of these will have the capacity to handle your 2500-lbs GVWR Cricket Taxa trailer. For a ball mount you can use the # C40018 (2" ball) or the # C40001 (1-7/8" ball).
For trailer wiring I recommend using the Tekonsha T-One # 118467 because of the reliability of the Tekonsha converter boxes compared to some of the others. This harness will tee into your vehicle's lights and provide you with a 4 way connector for your trailer lights.
I've linked some helpful informational and installation videos for you to have a look at, as well.
