I have a solution for you, but there isn't an offset ball that fits the Ford factory gooseneck hitch. However, depending on the design of your gooseneck coupler, you may be able to use the B&W Extend-A-Goose # BWTEXA4200. This coupler features a 10 inch offset to provide the clearance you're looking for from the truck cab.
If you are towing a 5th wheel with your gooseneck ball, then the Ranch Hitch Universal 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Coupler Adapter w/8" Offset for Short-Bed Trucks # AM3139. The Slide Hammer for Ranch Hitch 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Coupler Adapter # AM3103 is required for that application.
