Is There a Light On the Side of the GLOLight LED Combination Trailer Tail Light

Question:
Your tail lamp STL-116RB does the outside of the lamp, facing the curb or outside, light up like a red marker lamp?

Yes, the square lens on the side of the GLOLight LED Combination Trailer Tail Light part # STL116RB will light up when the running lights are activated. I have attached a video which shows the light illuminated as well.
