Ive a Curt Double Lock gooseneck hitch. The ball drops out the bottom. What is missing or damaged?

Sounds like the shear pin of your Curt double lock hitch has been damaged. Since that's not really a replacement part you're best option is to replace the center section with the part # C60607 and you'd be set. We've heard if you contact Curt directly they'll help as well.
