Yes, according to the online owner's manual for a 2020 Chevy Spark, you can tow the manual (and automatic) transmission with a tow dolly like the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes # RM-2050-1. This tow dolly doesn't comes with a plug for the lights and brakes so I recommend using the Pollak 7-Way # PK12706 to get everything up and running.

To tow your 2020 Spark you'll need to follow these steps:

1 - Put front wheels on dolly.
2 - Shift manual transmission into 1 (first) gear.
3 - Set the parking Brake.
4 - Clamp the steering wheel in a straight-ahead position with a clamping device designed for towing.
5 - Turn ignition off.
6 - Secure vehicle to tow dolly.
7 - Release parking brake.
