The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 76046 is a confirmed fit for your 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Limited. I've attached a video of the installation to assist. It does require a slight underbody panel trimming that you can see in the video.
If you will be using this hitch for towing, I recommend also using wiring harness # 118712 for a custom fit and ball mount kit # 989900 to give you the towing options for most trailers compatible with your vehicle.
