How to Determine Correct Replacement Lens for Boat Trailer
Updated 05/14/2020 | Published 05/12/2020 >
Question:
I have a bear boat trailer. I need both rear lenses to replace broken ones. The broken portion has OPTRONICS embossed on it and SAE D.O.T. A1STP2 93. I looked at part # A16RB. Is that the correct replacement? Thank you

So the only way to truly determine the correct replacement lens is by measuring or knowing the model number; the SAE number you mentioned isn't actually a model number it just means it passed a standards test with the Society of Automotive Engineers.
The Replacement Tail Light and Side Marker Lens for Optronics Combination Tail Light # A16RB measures 8-1/16" long x 2-7/8" tall and has mounting holes that measure 7-3/16" between them side-to-side and 2-5/16" vertically. So if your tail lights have the same measurements, this is the right lens; if it is different you can let me know and I'll try to find the right option for you.
I have added a link to our entire selection of replacement lenses in the meantime, as well as a link to a video review of the Replacement Tail Light and Side Marker Lens for Optronics Combination Tail Light # A16RB.
