Question:

will this cargo carrier be able to be in the folded up position on a 2020 Jeep Wrangler with a 6inch hitch that comes to the end of the bumper, or will it need a 9inch hitch that extends out past the bumper? Stock 255/70R18 113T tire.

The 24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - Tilting - Folding - 500 lbs # e98874 measures 9-1/2" to the closest edge of carrier when folded up from the center of the hitch pin hole on the receiver. Your spare tire 225/70r18 will be 10 inches wide, so you will need a hitch receiver that comes out from the bumper not one that is flush for that folding feature to work. I recommend using the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13392 or Draw-Tite # DT78MR for the fit.
