The EZ Lube spindle you referenced, # TRU74FR is compatible with a 3500 lb axle and L44649 outer and L68149 inner bearings.
It would be compatible with the # Q-HUB84545 hub you were looking at.
We also offer two other hubs that would be compatible, the # 84545UC1-EZ idler hub and the # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K hub/drum.
