Yes, there are gaskets/seals between the valve portion of the Valterra EZ Valve Electric Waste Valve # E40B-8 and the 3" hub sections. Just use ABS Solvent # A05-0303 when you install this to 3" spigots and you won't have to worry about any leaks!
