In order to install a 5-way trailer connector on a 2020 Subaru Crosstrek you'll need to start with a 4-way, the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118467 which is a direct plug-n-play fit. Then, you can convert this to a 5-way trailer connector using the Tow Ready 4 Pole to 5 Pole Trailer Wiring Adapter part # 20036. They don't offer a direct plug-in 5-way so this is your only option.
