The closest hitch design we have to something that sits in the bumper on your 2020 Subaru Forester is the Hidden Hitch by Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT24YR. The crossbeam is installed behind the bumper and then there is a removable receiver so you can retain that OEM look when you aren't towing or utilizing a bike rack.

If you'll be towing with this hitch then you'll also need the T-One Wiring # 118467 and I recommend the Eclipse Magnetic Mounting Bracket # 306-X6019 to keep the 4-Way near the receiver.

Then for a ball mount I recommend checking out our linked ball mount article to make sure you have a ball mount with the correct rise/drop. I've also attached installation videos for the wiring and mounting bracket for you to reference!

Unfortunately at this time there aren't any front mount hitches confirmed to fit your Forester.

The Draw-Tite 76333, or part # DT94YR on our site, is only compatible with an Outback Wagon. If you prefer this style of hitch receiver as opposed to the one I referenced where the receiver can be removed, then I recommend checking out the Curt Trailer Hitch # C47HR instead. This is the same style as the Draw-Tite you mentioned and comes in at a lower price-point. The only downside is that the receiver is fixed so you won't be able to easily revert to that factory look, but if that's not what you're trying to achieve then go for it!
