I have a hub cover plastic, 6 lug measures 5 1/2 centre hole to hole came off a HEARTLAND RV RG28 VIN 5SFPB3326HE3***** CAN YOU HELP ME REPLACE THEM

For your 6 on 5-1/2 inch plastic hub covers it really depends on the hub cover you have. We have the Phoenix USA QuickTrim Hub Cover for Trailer Wheels - 6 on 5-1/2 - ABS Plastic - Chrome - Qty 1 # QT655C. If you have the chrome hub like # 319EZ, then you can use # CCP-60C for the plastic cover.
