I would like to replace the brake assembly on the above mentioned travel trailer. Does ETrailer have a replacement and instructions? Thank you

Given the 4800 GVWR of your Travel Trailer, you'll have 10 x 2-1/4 inch brake assemblies. I'd recommend using the self adjusting brakes like etrailer brand you've looked at. You'll need # AKEBRK-35L-SA for the left side and # AKEBRK-35R-SA for the right. The hardware for installing the brake assemblies is available separately as part # BRKH10B, each set includes hardware for one axle, so you'll need two of those unless you wish to reuse the existing hardware.
Installation is quite simple, as you can see in the video I've linked for you. The brakes shown are a different brand, which won't have any effect off the installation procedure.
