For a 2-bike rack that has the ability to swing away from the vehicle, we have the RockyMounts BackStage 2 Bike Rack for 2" Hitches, part # RKY10002. This is a platform style bike rack that is super easy to use and comes loaded with features, like a hitch and cable lock.

If you were looking for a hanging style rack instead, the closest option we have is going to be the Softride Hang2 2-Bike Rack # SR27041. While it doesn't swing out, it does have a lever that allows the rack to glide out and away from the vehicle so you can access your cargo area without having to remove your bikes. It comes with an anti rattle hitch bolt to minimize play at the hitch receiver. A cable lock # e98891 for this rack can be purchased separately for extra security.
