I do have an option for you but the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package part # 56042 only fits a 2008-2019 Toyota Highlander.

There is not a custom fit wiring harness yet for the 2020 Toyota Highlander. I recommend to use the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit part # 119250KIT which is not a custom fit option but is designed to clamp onto the factory wiring instead of cutting the wiring to install the harness like most universal options. This is the closest option to custom fit for the 2020 at this time.
