Yes, you could use the 6-Pole Square Trailer Wiring Connector Kit # 37995 on your 1998 Jayco Pop-Up trailer.
If you have a 4-way on your tow vehicle you may also be interested in purchasing a Adapter 4 Way Flat to 6 Way Square for Jayco # 30104. With this product you could just plug this into your tow vehicle and then into your trailer and you would be ready to go. By doing this you will lose 2 functions of the trailer wiring, most likely one of them being a 12-volt power source.
