will this hitch adapter fit my Thule Apex swing TH9025 older version? my Hondas Odyssey 2010 trailer hitch size is 2 inches, CURT 13068 Class 3 Trailer Hitch, 2-Inch Receiver.

Yes, the Replacement 2" Hitch Adapter # TH8523185001 will work whether you have the older Thule Apex TH9025 or Apex Swing TH9027. This is going to be a great bike rack to gain complete rear hatch access on your 2010 Honda Odyssey with it installed on the Curt # C13068 trailer hitch you mentioned.
