The Curt X5 fifth wheel hitch adapter you need will depend on which gooseneck hitch you're using. Three different models are available. For the Double Lock Flip and Store, use # C16210. For the Curt EZr Double-Lock gooseneck hitche, use # C16220. An adapter for B & W hitches is also available as part # 16310.
