Recommended Adjustable Ball Mount for Level Towing with 8 Inch Drop

I am just looking for a recommendation for an adjustable ball mount rated for at least 8000 lbs. It is for a boat trailer that Im towing behind a 2014 GMC 1500 with factory hitch. Its a 2 ball and I dont plan towing many different trailers, I just want the adjustment so I can get the trailer level. It is about a 2.5 . Im not looking for anything fancy and am a little overwhelmed by the options out there. Any guidance would be appreciated

For just a basic adjustable ball mount with the capacity you are seeking I recommend the Rapid Hitch Adjustable Aluminum Ball Mount Kit - 2 Zinc Balls - 5-1/2" Drop, 6-1/2" Rise Item # AM3411 which will fit a 2 inch hitch receiver which is most common on a 1500.
If you have a 2-1/2 inch hitch receiver opening then I recommend the Flash E Series HD Adjustable 2-Ball Mount - 2-1/2" Hitch # FA42-00-2825. This size is more common for the 2500 and 3500 models so I recommend measuring the inside of the receiver to confirm which is a better fit for you.
With either option I recommend the Fastway Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # FA86-00-3160 to secure your ball mount.
