Question:
Hi I am looking for a travel trailer, but the hitch weight is higher then the one installed on my 2020 Chevy equinox 2.0t 3500 uvm and hitch 350. What would I need to do to raise the hitch from 350 and the towable amount from 3500 to around 4000 and the hitch around 450.

There is not a way to raise the towing capacity of your 2020 Chevy Equinox 2.0L unfortunately. I took a look at the owner's manual and the weight capacity of your Equinox is 3,505 lbs but you also have to take into consideration the gross combination weight rating that Chevy has set for the Equinox of 7,694 lb. That is the combined weight of the vehicle itself including cargo and passengers and the trailer you are towing. The best option is to tow the heavier trailer with a different vehicle to avoid putting stress on the vehicle's transmission and frame.
If you decide to tow the heavier trailer, you can install the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76419 on the Chevy which has a 4500 lbs gross towing weight capacity however this will not raise the weight capacity set by Chevy of your vehicle so the choice is ultimately up to you of course. I have attached a video of the installation on a 2019 Chevy Equinox.
You may also consider adding a transmission cooler if you are towing over capacity because it can cause your transmission to overheat. I recommend Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler Kit w/Barb Inlets part # D13501 which is a smaller cooler option. That only requires a 4-1/2" tall by 5-1/2" wide mounting location so it will be easier to find a spot to mount it. The most efficient spot to install it is in front of the radiator. I have attached a very helpful article for your reference.
