Yes. According to Roadmaster, the # RM-1139-147 can be used on the Ford E-350 Cutaway models, as well as the E-450.
I've linked an installation video of this sway bar on a similar E-Series for you to have a look at and use as a reference if you're going to be installing it yourself.
