Question:
I like model #e98852, listed for the Dodge Ram. Would this fit my Ford F-150 work truck very basic model? All the receivers listed for my truck are more expensive and require much more difficult installation. If this one absolutely would not fit my truck, do you have something similar that would?

Helpful Expert Reply:
The trailer hitch I recommend for a 2005 Ford F-150 is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13352 which requires drilling or part # 13357 which does not require drilling. These are the two most cost effective options we have for you. They are designed specifically for a 2005 Ford F-150.
Unfortunately, there would be absolutely no way to use a trailer hitch for another truck such as the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98852 because trailer hitches are designed for exact vehicle make/model application.
