Kwikee Steps Not Operating After Replacing Trailer Battery

Question:
My step quit working unless the rev was connected to ac I replaced the aux battery and now it will not work

It sounds like the Kwikee Step part # LC372779 is not getting 12V power from auxiliary battery. The first thing to check is the battery disconnect switch box that is between the positive side of the battery and the 30 amp fuse. If that box is switched to "off" the step will not operate.
If the switch is on, I recommend to check the ground wires to the battery to make sure they have a secure connection. The battery should have a secure ground to the chassis. I have attached a diagram of how the step should be wired so you can take a look at all your wiring to insure nothing is loose or there is a short somewhere.
