The correct replacement mounting clamps/hardware for a Thule FlatTop Ski Carrier is the Mounting Kit part # 7533998. The Speedlink Mounting Kit part # 7521241001 is not a fit nor is there a similar option. In order to use these mounting clamps you'll need to upgrade the carrier to the Thule SnowPack Ski and Snowboard Carrier like part # TH7326.
