Yes, the Pullrite Superglide 2900 18K will fit the industry standard Curt fifth wheel rails part # C16418-104 without any adapters. The Pullrite Superglide 2900 is one of Pullrites Superglide hitches that fit the industry standard rails. The other Superglides that fit the industry standard rails are Superglide 2700 (16K) and the Superglide 2300 (24K).

The custom brackets that come with the kit fit a 1999 to 2007 Chevrolet Silverado, GMC Sierra 1500 and 2500 models with either the six and a half foot bed or the eight foot bed.
