7-Way and 4-Way Trailer Wiring for Rear of 2019 Ford Ranger

I have a 2019 Ford Ranger XLT Sport without a tow package which is why im looking at this item. Does this harness retain the use of the factory 4-pin as well or will an adapter be needed for the 7-pin connection.

It is possible to have both a 7-way and 4-way on your 2019 Ford Ranger by using the # C56431 but you will need to replace the 7-way connector with the # C55774 and you'd have one that has both. This uses the same round connector as what comes with the # C56431 so it would plug right in.
