There are some great hitches that will work with the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Nissan Titan XD OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package # DM6200, but we have confirmed with Demco that the B&W Patriot # BWRVK3270 will not fit the adapter. Instead, I recommend either the Demco Hijacker or Curt A-Series:

- Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch with Slider - 18,000 lbs # DM8550034
- Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch with Slider - 16,000 lbs # C16521 or Curt A20 - 20,000 lbs # C16541

The Hijacker offers fantastic convenience due to its automatic slide so you don't have to get out of the truck just to make a tight turn. It also has an elite single-piece jaw system that is reinforced via a 3/4" solid steel bar that locks into place once the jaw is closed.

The Curt A-Series also has a very good jaw system; which are interlocking dual jaws that ensure a highly secure connection with your trailer's king pin. The A-Series doesn't slide automatically but also offers convenience in the form of a handy color-coded indicator system which will let you know if the jaws on the hitch are ready to couple, uncouple or tow.

Like all Demco products, the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Ultra Slide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch with Slider # DM6076P-UL-16K (16,000 lb capacity) and # DM6076P-UL-21K (21,000 lb capacity) are excellent quality and both will work with your 5th Wheel Rail Adapter # DM6200. They have the same great jaw system that the Autoslide has and offer a very good ride, but the biggest issue with these hitches is their travel. The A-Series of hitches has a 12 inch front to back travel while the Demco Autoslide offers 14 inches of travel which means the most possible clearance from your trailer to truck's cab. The 8 inches of clearance may not be quite enough to make a full turn. So while very good options, in order, I would go: 1) Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch with Slider # DM8550034 2) Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch with Slider # C16521 (16,000 lbs) or Curt A20 # C16541 (20,000 lbs) 3) Demco Hijacker Premier Series Ultra Slide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch with Slider # DM6076P-UL-16K (16,000 lbs) or # DM6076P-UL-21K (21,000 lbs)
