We do have a hitch that fits your 2019 Ford Ranger # C13417 but a hitch for a 1990 Ford F-150 does not fit a 2019 Ford Ranger because hitches are model year specific to every vehicle and need to have certain mounting points on a vehicle's frame to ensure a proper and safe fit.

In addition to the trailer hitch, you will also need trailer wiring. The Curt T connector # C56431 is a great option for your vehicle.
