You can install the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller # RED44FR on your 2018 Nissan Titan by using the Universal Mounting Panel # 331-TPSI-001 and the Tekonsha Wiring Adapter # 3050-P with the adapter part # 331-TPH-017 for a plug and play setup.
