Yes the Curt Pintle Hook with 2-5/16" Hitch Ball part # C45922 is designed to be used with the Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Mount part # C45902. The ball mount has the three inch channel that the pintle hook requires to work. You will use the pins for the ball set for the pintle hook as well.
