In order to obtain the Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Channel Mount part # C45926 with a pintle ball combo you can go with the Curt Pintle Hook with 2-5/16" Ball part # C45910-15-20 or just obtain the Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Channel Mount and purchase the Curt Pintle Hook with 2-5/16" Hitch Ball part # C45922 separately.
Please note, there is a difference in the rise/drop between the two options. The Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Channel Mount has a max 10-1/8" drop and the Curt Pintle Hook with 2-5/16" Ball has a max 6" drop. The Curt Pintle Hook with 2-5/16" Ball is not offered with a 10-1/8" drop as is.
