Will Sidewinder Pin Box Void Warranty on 2020 Jayco Talon 403T

Question:

If I put a Reese Sidewinder rated for 19,000 lbs on a Jayco 5th wheel RV that is rated for 16,500. Does the factory warranty on the frame become voided? If so is there anything out there that will not kill the warranty? I want to put a 2020 Jayco Talon 403T behind my 2014 RAM 2500 4X4 crew cab RAMBOX short bed. I need to know so I can order from you the right parts. Will all of this work with the Reese M5 20K Fifth Wheel Hitch For RAM 2500/3500?

Since a Sidewinder like the 20K # RP34FR is a pin box replacement it won't void the warranty of your 2020 Jayco Talon 403T. With that being said, we do want to make sure that you get the correct one that fits your 5th wheel. The pin box that you referenced is a direct replacement for the following pin boxes:

Fabex 663 and 665
Lippert 0719, 1621 and 1621HD
M&M 663 and 665
Lippert 1716, 1116, and 0115 (spacer kit required - # RP97FR)

This will work perfectly for your 2014 Ram 2500 with the RamBox short bed combined with the Reese M5 # RP30928 and the Custom Bed Rail Kit # RP50054-58. You will just use the universal wedge that comes with the Sidewinder for the M5 hitch.
