Question:
I put a new landing gear motor on and the landing gear legs still won’t operate seems like it’s on a bind I try to operate manually with wrench but still won’t turni think it’s in the legs

It sounds very much like you have a bad gear box like the Aluminum Gearbox for Stromberg Carlson Landing Gear part # LG-179015. Which is designed for Stromberg Carlson landing gear.
To confirm this remove the motor then the old gearbox. Try at this point to operate each of the legs individually. If they both operate it is the gearbox. If the gearbox turns okay but one leg won't travel then it is that particular leg binding.
I included a video I did of the gear box replacement for you to check out.
