Can the Stromberg Carlson RV Ladder Extension Be Left Attached to the RV When Not In Use

Hi, Im looking at adding the Stromberg Carlson RV Ladder Extension - Anodized Aluminum - 48inch Long to the ladder on my travel trailer. That first step has been a doozy. What is the suggested way to store this extension when on the road? Does it fold up or does it need to be removed entirely and stored...where? Thanks.

The Stromberg Carlson RV Ladder Extension # LA-148 would need to be removed and stored when not in use on your coach. You really can store it anywhere; either inside the coach in a closet or in one of the storage cabins underneath. This extension hooks onto 1" diameter vertical supports of RV ladder with rubber straps, so it's easy to take on and put back off as needed.

Is this ladder good for attaching to the original ladder to climb onto to the roof. The ladder on the back of our motor coach does not come down far enough from the ground.
