I have a much easier to install set of mud flaps that fit your 2019 Ford F-350 non-dually with the WeatherTech part # WT110065 which install using holes and hardware present on your truck but the Buyers Products # 337B1412LSP are a universal type mud flap which will require you to drill and cut them to fit and there isn't a set way to do this.
