The Draw-Tite Class III 2" hitch receiver part # 76128 is a fit for your 2019 Honda CR-V Touring with hands free lift gate sensors! The sensors on either side of the hitch will work to lift the hatch but the center one will be blocked by the hitch. As long as you kick to either side of the hitch the feature will still work without any modifications. According to previous customers you just "have to find the sweet spot". I have attached an installation video for your reference.
If you need trailer wiring, I recommend Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118741 which has a higher amp capacity then the other brands to protect your vehicle's electrical system. I have attached an installation video of this as well.
If you plan on doing some towing you may consider the etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. If you are not sure how much rise/drop you may need in a ball mount to tow your trailer level, I recommend to take a look at the helpful article I have attached about how to figure the amount of rise or drop you may need.
